Van Gogh painting found in attic legit
A "fake" Vincent Van Gogh painting found dumped in an attic has been revealed as a genuine artwork worth up to £30m.
The 'Sunset at Montmajour' landscape piece has been checked over by experts who, along with the help of forensics tests, decided it was created by the legendary Dutch artist in 1888.
This comes after the Van Gogh Museum said in 1991 they did not think the canvas was real, and it was also branded a copy in 1908 and kept in a loft.
