HMV reopens in some Irish high streets

HMV returns to the Irish high street today.

The music chain will open it's flagship store on Dublin's Henry Street this morning.

Three other stores at the Dundrum Centre and Liffey Valley in Dublin, and in the Crescent Shopping Centre in Limerick will re-open next week.

HMV owners Hilco Capital has confirmed they will exchange valid gift cards which were not honoured during the receivership of the old HMV business.
