Ticketmaster director dies aged 51

Ticketmaster has described Eamonn O’Connor, the organisation's Managing Director who has passed away following a short illness, as "a major figure in the Irish entertainment industry".

The 51-year-old, who was a native of the Navan Road in Dublin, was involved in all of the major music, entertainment, sporting and other live events around the country and in the North for over 25 years.
