The Lord Mayor of Dublin is to open a book of condolence on Monday in Mansion House for the late poet Seamus Heaney.

The Lord Mayor of Dublin is to open a book of condolence on Monday in Mansion House for the late poet Seamus Heaney.

The book will be open to the public next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 5pm.

Both Belfast City Hall and Derry's Guildhall are to open books of condolence and Fianna Fáil Councillor Mary Fitzpatrick said it is appropriate residents in the capital will be able to pay their respects too.
