Gardaí renew appeal for information on murder of 21-year-old

Gardaí in Dublin are renewing their appeal for information about the murder of a man in Ronanstown last weekend.

21-year-old Dean Johnson was discovered with gunshot wounds at Harelawn Green just after midnight on Friday night.

Gardaí would like to speak to any passengers who were on the Number 25 Nitelink Dublin Bus that left Westmoreland Street at midnight on Friday night.

In particular they would like to speak to passengers who continued their journey on the bus from Liffey Valley to the end of the route.

The bus, which was travelling on the Neilstown Road at the time, passed the scene of the shooting at around 12.20pm.
