Irish nanny's lawyers want case dismissed
Lawyers for the Irish nanny accused of murdering a baby girl in Boston are calling for the case to be dismissed.
Aisling McCarthy Brady is indicted in connection with the death of one-year-old Rehma Sabir while she was in her care in January
According to the Boston Globe, attorneys for the Cavan native say prosecutors presented evidence in an "unethical fashion".
The District Attorney says it is preparing a response to the claims, and will be ready to argue it at Brady's next hearing.
