Irish embassies to remain open across Middle East and North Africa despite terror warning

The Department of Foreign Affairs said that Irish embassies across the Middle East and North Africa remain open, despite a terror warning in the region.

Earlier U.S and British citizens were ordered to leave Yemen, amid fears of an Al-Qaeda attack.

Irish citizens are also advised not to travel to Yemen during the security alert.
