'Abducted' developer charged with wasting Garda time

A property tycoon who vanished for eight months has appeared in court charged with making false allegations he had been kidnapped and held hostage.

Kevin McGeever was brought before Strokestown District Court, Co Roscommon, after being arrested at an address in north Dublin yesterday.
