A new report on property prices in Dublin shows the average cost of a secondhand house in the capital is €279,000.

A new report on property prices in Dublin shows the average cost of a second-hand house in the capital is €279,000.

The DNG House Price Gauge has found that second-hand houses are an average of €37,500 more expensive now, than 12 months ago.
