Gardaí take to Twitter to push policing messages

The Gardaí are taking to Twitter to push their policing message across social media.

The force has just launched a second Twitter account, @gardainfo, which will post 'community information'.

Gardaí already have an @GardaTraffic account for traffic news and major event information.

It has over 26,000 followers and recently began to interact with its followers.
