Two to appear in court charged with Tallaght robbery

Two men in their 20s are due to appear in court this morning, charged in relation to a robbery in Dublin on Tuesday night.

They were arrested after a man was attacked while using a night safe to lodge documents and cheques shortly before midnight on the main street in Tallaght.

The alarm was raised and two men were arrested following a search of the area - a bag, including its contents, was recovered.

Two men, who were being held at Tallaght and Rathfarnham Garda Stations in relation to the investigation will appear at Tallaght District Court this morning.
