The sister of a man who was murdered in Co Cork two years ago said that the family will never be able to forget - or forgive.

Two people have been sentenced to life in prison for murdering Jonathan Duke, a 27-year old father of one, in Bandon.

Catherine O'Connor and Ciprian Grozavu of Bridge House, Bandon were convicted after separate trials of the murder of Jonathan Duke in November 2011.

Jonathan Duke's body was found with more than 100 injuries after he was battered and stabbed before being dumped in the Bandon River.

His sister Cindy read out a victim impact statement in court today.
