Savita's husband to take case against Galway University Hospital to High Court

Praveen Halappanavar is to take a High court case against Galway University Hospital over the death of his wife Savita.

According to the Irish Times there are multiple grounds for the case.

The claim will be for injures, distress and the loss of his wife.
