Govt announces pharmaceutical investment; €40m for Limerick centre

The Government have announced a €40m investment in the pharmaceutical sector.

Up to €30m will go to Synthesis & Solid State Pharmaceutical Centre based at the University of Limerick.

A further €10m investment will come from key industry partners.

Making the announcement this morning, Minister for Jobs Richard Bruton, said the investment will significantly contribute to the creation of jobs in the sector.
