RSA chief calls for second probe into penalty points controversy

The Chief Executive of the Road Safety Authority, Noel Brett, has reiterated his call for a second investigation into the penalty points controversy.

Mr Brett said the Garda Ombudsman should carry out an inquiry into the scrapping of penalty points by members of the force.
