Dundon in court bid to delay trial for Geoghegan murder

Limerick man John Dundon's lawyers are in the Supreme Court to try delay his trial for the murder of Garryowen rugby player Shane Geoghegan.

Senior Counsel Martin O’Rourke has said it looks like there was a deliberate attempt on behalf of the prosecution to delay the disclosure of evidence to the defence.
