French sailor breaks pelvis as trimaran capsizes in Dun Laoghaire harbour

A French sailor has been airlifted from a racing yacht in Dun Laoghaire harbour after the boat capsized in strong winds.

Jacques Guichard broke his pelvis when the 70 foot trimaran, skippered by his brother, flipped over shortly after 3pm this afternoon, tossing all 10 crew overboard.
