HSE ambulance 'sent to wrong county'

It has emerged that a HSE emergency ambulance, sent to help the family of a child who suffered suspected cot death, was sent to the wrong county.

The incident happened when the three-and-a-half-week-old child stopped breathing in County Kerry earlier this week.
