Emergency services are dealing with a large fire in Dublin this morning.

Dublin fire brigade say the blaze broke out at an old ESB generating station on Pigeon House road in Ringsend in the early hours of this morning.

Eight units of the fire brigade were sent to the scene at the height of the fire, as emergency service fought to bring it under control.

The incident is still ongoing, with three units currently at the scene which is located beside a sewage treatment plant.

The ESB site is no longer operating as a generating station, but is used as a training facility.

Dublin Fire Brigade confirmed nobody has been injured in the incident.
