Pair plead not guilty to Daniel McAnespie murder
Two men have pleaded not guilty to the murder of teenager Daniel McAnespie in Dublin.
The 17 year old from Finglas was in the care of the HSE at the time of his death in 2010.
Trevor Noone and Richard Dekker are accused of murdering him at Tolka Valley Park on February 26, 2010.
The two men from Whitestown Avenue in Blanchardstown were arraigned and entered not guilty pleas at the Central Criminal Court this morning.
Richard Dekker wore a navy sweater and trousers. Trevor Noone wore a grey waistcoat, trousers and a shirt.
A jury has been sworn in for the trial which will open on Wednesday morning and will last around two weeks.
