Arrest in connection with Dublin sex assualt

Gardaí have arrested a 31-year-old man in Dublin city centre this morning in relation to an alleged sexual assault on a woman with special needs last Wednesday.

The incident happened when the woman in her 20s got separated from a family member on the South Circular Road on Wednesday afternoon.
