Appeal after woman with special needs sexually assaulted in Dublin

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a woman with special needs was sexually assaulted in Dublin earlier this week.

The incident happened when the woman, who is in her 20s, was separated from a family member on the South Circular Road on Wednesday afternoon.

Detectives believe the victim was taken to a house in the area where an assault took place.

Gardaí at Kevin Street are appealing for witnesses, or anyone with information, to come forward.
