Noonan: Pension fund investment 'will create a lot of jobs'

The Coalition is to use the remainder of the National Pension Reserve Fund to generate economic activity and jobs.

The €6.4bn will establish the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund which Finance Minister Michael Noonan said will be used on a commercial basis.
