Dublin's Dawson St without power as hot weather continues

Businesses along Dublin's Dawson Street are currently without power as a result of an electrical fault.

It is not yet known what caused the power outage, to around 150 customers, but initial reports suggest equipment in commercial offices which may not have been able to cool propoerly due to the hot weather, may have caused the problem.
