Base jumper, 102, unimpressed by 486ft descent

A 102-year-old base jumper has criticised a 486ft descent for being "too short".

Dorothy Custer was left unimpressed with the leap, a 102st birthday present she bought herself, from the Perrine Bridge in Idaho into Snake River Canyon - but she was disappointed the experience was over so soon.

She said: "It was too short. I don't know why it went down so quickly - it was alright."

Dorothy's latest leap comes after she zip-lined across the Idaho canyon on her 101st birthday last year.
