Penneys set to complete registration of workers at Bangladesh complex

Penneys says it will this week complete the registration of almost 4,000 former employees of the Rana Plaza complex which collapsed in Bangladesh last month.

More than 1,100 workers died in the tragedy - the worst industrial accident in the country's history.
