Gilmore lauds 'great' Rose of Tralee

The Tanaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs Eamon Gilmore has described the Rose of Tralee as one of the great Festivals of Ireland that mobilises the entire Irish Diaspora around the world.

Gilmore has officially welcomed 61 Roses from all over the world to the Rose of Tralee Regional Festival which is taking place this weekend in Portlaoise, Co Laois.
