Use of cameras threatened to stop dumping of nappies in Kerry

Residents of Farranfore in Co. Kerry have threatened to use cameras in a bid to catch someone dumping dirty nappies in the village.

Mike Moriarty from the Tidy Towns committee believes the nappies, which are appearing at Scart Cross, are being thrown from the culprit's car.
