Man arrested in connection with 80s sex-assault complaints released

A man in his 60s, arrested by gardaí in Waterford investigating a number of sexual assault complaints, has today been released without charge.

The incidents are alleged to have taken place in the 1980s.

Gardaí are to prepare a file for the DPP.
