Two inspectors and superintendent to be disciplined over penalty points cancellation

Disciplinary procedures have started against two Garda Inspectors and one Superintendent over the cancellation of penalty points.

A full report into the matter will be published today, after an internal garda investigation was ordered to look into claims the practice of overturning the penalties was widespread.
