Gardaí seize property in Dublin searches

Gardaí are investigating after seizures of smart phones, laptops, sat navs and jewellery in Dublin yesterday.

Searches were carried out at houses in Tallaght and the north inner city as part of 'Operation Aughrim', which is targeting the activities of an organised criminal gang involved in the theft of mobile phones.

Cash, including euro and sterling was seized along with false identity cards.

No arrests have been made.
