Man dies in Antrim road accident

A man in his 20s has died in a car crash last night.

Three cars were involved in the accident which happened on the Belfast Road, in Larne, Co Antrim just before midnight.

A silver Vauxhall Corsa, a blue Peugeot 206 and a black Volkswagen Touran were in collision at about 11.45pm.

A spokesman for the PSNI has appealed for any witnesses to come forward.

The road was closed for a time as police carried out their investigations but has since been re-opened.
