Man charged after gardaí find cannabis and LSD

A man in his 20s has appeared in court this morning charged in connection with a drugs seizure in Dublin yesterday.

Two men were arrested at about 5pm yesterday evening, when gardaí stopped a car in Rathmines and found cannabis herb and LSD.

The Terenure District Drug Unit then uncovered more drugs at a follow-up search at a house in Rathfarnham - believed to be worth more than €60,000.

One of the men appeared before the Bridewell District Court this morning, while the second has been released without charge.
