Two arrested after Rosslare drugs haul

Two men remain in custody following the seizure of drugs worth €190,000 at Rosslare Harbour.

Heroin and amphetamines were discovered when Ralph the sniffer dog gave a positive reaction after a van was stopped as it disembarked a ferry from France.

A small quantity of steroids, cigarettes, tobacco and alcohol were also seized.

Two Lithuanian nationals were arrested and are being held at Wexford Garda Station.
