Fianna Fáil ban former TDs who didn't stand in 2011 from running in future

The Fianna Fáil Ard Fheis has overwhelmingly passed a motion to ban former TDs who did not stand in the 2011 General Election from running in future contests.

A motion calling for an end to Church Gate Collections has been amended and referred back to the party's Finance Committee.
