Court adjourns indecent assault case against consultant until October

A retired consultant surgeon accused of indecently assaulting young males over a 26-year period faces charges in relation to six new complainants.

Dr Michael Shine (aged 80) now faces charges of indecent assault against 22 alleged victims when he stands trial sometime in 2014.
