Gardaí appeal for information on Dublin shooting

Gardaí are still appealing for information after a shooting in west Dublin that has left a man in critical condition.

The man in his 50s was shot as he answered his front door in Rowlagh Park in Clondalkin around 6.40pm on Saturday evening.

Gardaí are yet to establish a motive for the killing, as the victim was not known to Gardaí.

He remains in Tallaght hospital fighting for his life.
