Dublin City Councillors call on minister to clarify water charge confusion

Dublin City Councillors are calling on the Environment Minister Phil Hogan to attend their next meeting in order to clarify confusion over when water charges will be introduced.

It follows conflicting statements from the Government about when people will begin to be charged for their supply.
