Patients react as Tallaght Hospital introduces premium-rate number

Tallaght Hospital in Dublin has defended a new policy that could drive up patients' phone bills.

Last week, the hospital said people can now call a new premium-rate phone number when booking a blood test, instead of waiting at the walk-in clinic.
