Doctors reject regulation of abortion in cases where mother's life at risk

Doctors have rejected a call to support the regulation of abortion services, where there is a real and substantial risk to the life of the mother.

The motion at the Irish Medical Organisation annual conference in Co Kerry was defeated by 42 votes to 32 this afternoon.
