IMO passes emergency motion against Croke Park II
The Irish Medical Organisation has renewed its call on doctors to reject the revised Croke Park Agreement.
An emergency motion recommending a no vote has been unanimously passed at the IMO annual conference in Killarney in Co Kerry.
The organisation also warned that its members will not be bound by any future acceptance of the plan by the Irish Congress of Trade Unions.
IMO president Paul McKeown said doctors would consider all possible options to block cuts to their pay and allowances.
He urged a "clear message to the Government that public sector workers have no more to give".
