USI calls for major investment in Youth Guarantee scheme

The Union of Students in Ireland (USI) is appealing to the Labour party to ensure funding for the Youth Guarantee Scheme is secured.

Under the scheme, which is part funded by the EU, education and training is provided for those out of work and aged under 25.
