Man injured in Mayo shooting, gardaí appeal for information

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses and information after a man was shot in Mayo.

The victim, who is in his 30s, was shot at a house in the Castlegrove area of Castlebar at around 8.30pm yesterday.

His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
