EU leaders to consider Cyprus bail-out on final day of summit

Taoiseach Enda Kenny is in Brussels to meet EU leaders for the final day of a two-day summit.
The main focus of today's meeting will be economic growth and job creation across the bloc.
A multi-billion-euro bailout for Cyprus - the fifth for an EU state since Greece first needed rescuing three years ago - is also top of today's agenda.
Speaking after yesterday's session, the President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy said the leaders had "reconfirmed" their overall economic strategy.
There are reports of demonstrators calling for an end to austerity and unemployment in the EU outside the summit this morning.
