Court sets trial date for Swedish House Mafia gig assault

A date has been set for the trial of a Clondalkin, Dublin, man accused of stabbing a concert-goer during last Summer's Swedish House Mafia gig.

22-year-old Raymond Donnan of Greenfort Crescent is charged with assaulting British tourist, Andrew England, at the Phoenix Park concert.

The victim was allegedly stabbed when he tried to help a woman involved in an altercation.

Dublin Circuit Criminal Court has set a date in January to hear Mr Donnan's trial for assault causing harm, violent disorder, and production of a knife.
