A court has heard a woman on trial for murdering her husband told gardaí that she wanted a fresh start with decent money and he would not sign the house over.

Forty-year-old Tanya Doyle admits that she alone killed Paul Byrne at their home in Pairc Gleann Trasna, Aylesbury in Tallaght, Dublin on September 4, 2009, but she denies his murder.
