One of the chief organisers of the street demonstrations in protest against lowering of the Union flag at Belfast City Hall was charged tonight.

Willie Frazer, 52, from Markethill, Co Armagh will appear in court tomorrow accused of a number of offences including taking part in an unnotified public procession and obstructing traffic in a public place.
