Burton: Bank debt deal must help people get back to work
Minister for Social Protection Joan Burton has said it is critical that the promissory note deal gives Ireland some leeway to get people back to work.
It has been reported that the Troika is unhappy with Minister Burton's comments in the Dáil last week when she indicated that the money saved should be used to soften the Budget this year.
