Monaghan meat supplier passes details of Polish supplier to Irish officials

The meat supplier at the centre of the horsemeat controversy has said it has passed the details of the Polish supplier to the Irish authorities.

McAdams Foods based in Co Monaghan last night identified itself as the source of the contaminated meat products.
