Threshold: Bedsit regulations will not increase homelessness

National housing charity Threshold has today dismissed speculation that new bedsit regulations will lead to an increase in homelessness.

Bob Jordan, Director of Threshold, said the new regulations will have a positive impact on the housing sector.
